Evangeline is a civil litigator who is passionate about health care law and dedicated to providing compassionate advocacy through clear and focused legal services. As she grew up surrounded by health care providers, she was inspired to advocate for them and to provide the support they need so that they may continue doing their necessary and good work. Prior to joining JGKMW, Evangeline worked as a staff attorney at a nonprofit advocating for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and interned at multiple healthcare related organizations, such as a global health nonprofit.
At JGKMW, Evangeline has successfully represented health care providers in medical malpractice lawsuits and licensing disputes and advised health care providers regarding a variety of health care related issues, such as their responsibilities and obligations under HIPAA and scope of practice issues. She has also defended businesses in housing disputes and personal injury actions. Outside the office, Evangeline enjoys figure skating, playing board games, and singing karaoke.
